It’s that time of year again where we need to prepare for the next season and organise our committee roles. These roles include both Meet Day and Non-Meet Day roles.
All committee positions are declared vacant with current members needing to be voted in again at the conclusion of each season.
A number of our current members are looking to step down at the conclusion of our 2025/2026 season and would like to mentor the next wave of volunteers.
We also need helpers on a number of projects we have on the go, including our gate hire which is a major fundraising revenue for our club.

NOTE: Some roles are new and missing a role description. These include: newsletter officer, social media officer and diversity and inclusion officer.
NOTE: This season to ensure smaller workloads we split the role of Records and Rankings between two people.
