Our next meet details are out:⚫️ Program 3 (see previous post for events)🔴 Saturday 16th November 🟢 U/9 Duty Crew (If you are unsure what this means or what we require of you please let us know). Please arrive by 7:45 to assist⚫️ Senior Athlete Mentor Meeting 8:15 am. Make sure you bring your signed form back this week at the latest!!🔴 AGM Meeting in the Marshalling Area 8:20 am. It is vital that all AGMs come to this so we know who needs covering. This ensures the smooth running of our meet.🟢 First event called at 8:30 am We will be returning to our old gates while we work out some tech gremlins with the new gates. Thank you for your patience. If you are one of our wonderful volunteers who does an important role each week (start/finish line, AGMs, iPad, Rankings) can you please comment below if you are/aren't attending this weeks meet. We are working on getting a roster together so we know in advance when we will need people to step into other roles. If you know you will be away at any point in the season please let us know - email or messenger preferred so we have it in writing. If you are keen to learn the ropes and have a go at some of these roles please let us know. It takes many volunteers to help our meets run smoothly. Our next meet is on Saturday 16th of November at 8:30am. We are running a Program Three. We are now welcoming visitors from other clubs. Visitors please sign in at the bbq on arrival.All little athletes should now be registered and be wearing their name and age group badges. Athletes without their badges may not be able to compete going forward. We understand these items can be misplaced so please let us know if this has occurred so we can print a new one.
