Saturday 11th January
U/12 Duty Crew (If you are unsure what this means or what we require of you please let us know). Please arrive by 7:45 am to assist. Senior Athlete Mentor Meeting 8:15 am AGM Meeting in the Marshalling Area 8:20 am (This is important to attend every meet!) First event called at 8:30 amPlease ensure you have familiarised yourself with the rules for our Championship Event.
To ensure we get through our meet in a timely manner please help out wherever you see we need help.
We will be short a couple of AGM’s: U/9 and U/11 will need someone to fill in this week.
Set up volunteers and meet helpers please see our iPad desk or Arena Manager for a raffle ticket at some point each meet going forward. We want to say thank you to our volunteers who enable our events to run smoothly. Thanks to Selena Hagan we have some massage vouchers for the rest of the season. These will go into a draw once a month.
